Our website address is: https://indiyatra.in. We share online quizzes on Indian history, heritage and festivals. You can sign up to receive the quizzes through any of the links in the website including in the quizzes. These quizzes are shared with you without any liability on our part.
Usage and Signup Data
By subscribing you agree to receive email and social media alerts from us. The aim of our alerts is to update subscribers about quizzes, including links new quizzes and topics. The subscription is not mandatory.
1. Frequency
The frequency of the quizzes will be generally be 4 times a month.
2. Limited Liability
We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the quizzes, at any time with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.
We reserve the sole right to unsubscribe users / visitors, without notice . We will do so with any subscriber we deem registered with fake data.
Our liability is limited to the last payment you have made, if any. The service shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of India and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
3. Opt in, opt out and unsubscribe
The primary methods of subscription are a sign in by a) link in the website or b) opt-in through our social media accounts. You can opt out or unsubscribe from email updates using the unsubscribe link in the email. We will remove you from future mailing lists. You may still continue to receive updates from other social media channels that you have opted into.
