Session 25, Sisupala is Slain

Rajasuya Yajna starts. All the kings are in attendance. Yudhiṣṭhira offers many valuables to the kings. Śiśupāla insults everyone and is slain.

Session 24, Jarasandha’s end

This quiz is based on the 24th class on Mahabharata by Acharya Suryapriya ji at Advaita Bharati.

Krishan reveals the true nature of their visit to Jarasandha. A major battle ensues and Jarasandha meets his end. The Pandava brothers set out in different directions to collect tributes from various kings for Rajasuya Yajna.

Session 23, Tryst with Jarasandha

Yudishtira wants to conduct Rajasuya Yagna. Narada advises him. Krishna, Arjuna and Bheema set up a tryst with Jarasandha.

Arjuna has to go on a Vanavāsa for 12 years since he trespassed when Draupadi was with Yudhiṣṭhira. During the Vanavāsa, Arjuna met Ulūpi, Chitrāngada and Subhadrā. Krishna advised Arjuna to abduct Subhadrā forcibly. Abhimanyu is bon to them. 

Session 19, Kingdom Divided

Kauravas cannot reconcile with the Pandavas and the kingdom is divided on the advice of the elders. Narada teaches the value of unity to Pandavas.
